ragi flour - 1/2 cup
wheat flour - 1/2 cup
butter milk - 1 cup
water - 1 cup
salt - & oil - as required
chopped onion- 1, green chilli - 1, chopped coriander & curry leaves - little.
Steps to follow:
In a bowl add wheat flour,ragi flour,chopped onion,green chilly,curry leaves,coriander leaves and salt to taste .
Make a batter by adding butter milk and water without forming lumps and leave it for half an hour.
Heat tawa and with the batter make dosais. Make it thin & round. Drizzle some oil. Close with lid for a minute.Then flip the dosai and let it cook on the other side.
Delicious healthy ragi wheat dosa is ready. Serve with any chutney or gravy.Suitable for breakfast & dinner.

thoor dhal - 150 gm
turmeric powder -half tsp
bottle gourd pieces - 3 - 4 cups
tomato - 1
onion - 1 ( optional)
tamarind water from small lemon size
chopped coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
sambar powder - 4 tsp
green chilli - 2
salt - to taste.
for tempering :
oil - 1 tbsp
mustard seeds - 1 tsp
dried red chillies - 2
curry leaves - 2 arc.
asafoetida- 1/4 - 1/2 tsp
Steps to follow:
Pressure cook thoor dhal along with turmeric powder and keep aside.
Heat oil in a pan add mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves, when it splutter add asafoetida and transfer the tempering to the sambar.
Bottle gourd sambar is ready to serve.Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
Serve hot with rice,idli and dosa. It is really delicious.
